Pastor Josh Lehman began to serve the Belfast FMC community early 2025. He graduated from Elim Bible Institute (now College) and later from Lancaster Bible College, and he is working through classes at Northeastern Seminary. From 2014-2025 he served as the Youth Pastor at Harvest Chapel Free Methodist Church in Fredonia, NY. He also served on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship from 2019-2025 on SUNY Fredonia's campus.  He has been married to Raychel since 2013 and have three little kiddos: Theo, Opal, and Lily. 

Josh grew up for part of his childhood in the Philippines as a missionary kid, and because of that experience has a heart to live missionally wherever God calls him. He also worked at Penn-York for many summers as a counselor and Summer Program Director. Josh has a heart to see lives transformed, communities renewed, and world changers developed and sent out on God's purposes in the world. He desires to see the local church be all it can be in building God's Kingdom, both locally and around the world.

Josh enjoys sitting around and reading a good book, sharing a cup of coffee or tea around a good conversation, playing music with friends, and being outside in nature fishing, hiking, or camping.
