#LoveBelfast Service Event

#LoveBelfast is a free one-day event on September 7th, 2019, 

aimed to bring our community together around volunteerism, food, and fun. 

Our goal is that this event will help spur on future volunteerism, strengthen love for our town, 

and demonstrate that Jesus (and his church) love Belfast. 


Schedule of Events


9:30 || Gathering. 

Meet in the town park, say hi, and organize ourselves by service project.


10-12 || Service Projects. 

We'll break up into our groups of volunteers and go get some work done together! Sign-up for a service project below.


12-1 || Town Feast. 

We'll all sit and eat together. Bring a dish to pass, or buy a hot dog to support Lifeway Youth Center.


1-3 || Festival in the Park. 

Games, music, pumpkin carving, lots of fun!


6 || Family Movie Night. 

Join us at the Belfast Central School to watch "The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe" and have some popcorn!


**Be sure to snap some pictures and share them on social media with the handle #LoveBelfast. The best pictures will be used to update Belfast's "online presence," by improving what people see when they google "Belfast, NY."
